Welcome to INATILE.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.inatile.com, including any information, product enquiries, quotation requests, communications, and services provided through the website.
INATILE is operated by CV. Mitra Alam Utama Indonesia, an Indonesia-based supplier and exporter of natural stone and mosaic stone products.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About INATILE
INATILE provides information regarding natural stone, mosaic stone tiles, related products, manufacturing capabilities, export services, and business-to-business supply opportunities.
The website is primarily intended for importers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, architects, designers, developers, retailers, and other commercial buyers.
Information displayed on the website is provided for general product and business information purposes.
2. Use of the Website
You may use INATILE.com only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activities;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, database, or related systems;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technologies;
- Copy or reproduce website content for unauthorized commercial purposes;
- Use automated tools to extract substantial portions of website content without permission;
- Interfere with the security, performance, or normal operation of the website;
- Impersonate another person, company, or organization;
- Provide false or misleading information when submitting an inquiry.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where misuse, fraud, security risks, or unlawful activities are reasonably suspected.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colors, materials, and other information.
However, natural stone is a naturally occurring material.
Variations may occur in:
- Color;
- Shade;
- Veining;
- Texture;
- Pattern;
- Surface characteristics;
- Mineral composition;
- Dimensions and tolerances;
- Appearance between production batches.
Such natural variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and should not automatically be considered defects.
Website photographs, catalogue images, digital samples, and screen displays may not perfectly reproduce the appearance of the actual product.
Buyers are encouraged to request samples, specifications, or additional information before placing significant orders where appearance or technical characteristics are critical.
4. Quotations and Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry through INATILE.com does not create a binding purchase agreement.
Quotations may depend on factors including:
- Product type;
- Stone material;
- Dimensions;
- Finish;
- Quantity;
- Packaging requirements;
- Customization;
- Destination;
- Shipping method;
- Incoterms;
- Currency;
- Production requirements;
- Raw material availability.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations may be subject to availability and may have a limited validity period.
Prices displayed or discussed informally are not final unless confirmed through an official quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, Purchase Order acceptance, or other written commercial agreement.
5. Orders and Commercial Agreements
An order becomes binding only when the relevant commercial terms have been accepted by the parties in writing and any required payment conditions have been satisfied.
Depending on the transaction, the agreement may include:
- Proforma Invoice;
- Commercial Invoice;
- Purchase Order;
- Sales Contract;
- Product specifications;
- Approved samples;
- Packaging requirements;
- Payment terms;
- Incoterms;
- Production schedule;
- Shipping instructions;
- Other written agreements between the parties.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately signed or expressly accepted Sales Contract, Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order confirmation, or other specific written agreement, the specific written agreement will govern the relevant transaction.
6. Prices
Product prices may change due to factors such as:
- Raw material costs;
- Production costs;
- Packaging costs;
- Exchange rates;
- Freight charges;
- Fuel prices;
- Port charges;
- Government charges;
- Shipping conditions;
- Order quantities;
- Product specifications.
A price is considered confirmed only when stated in an applicable quotation or commercial document within its stated validity period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content should not be interpreted as a guaranteed price offer.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, or other commercial agreement.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made according to the agreed:
- Currency;
- Amount;
- Payment schedule;
- Banking instructions;
- Payment method.
Customers should verify payment instructions carefully before transferring funds.
INATILE is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized accounts resulting from fraudulent communications that did not originate from our authorized representatives, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
If you receive unexpected or changed banking information, you should independently confirm the information with us through an established communication channel before making payment.
8. Production
Production schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Production timing may depend on:
- Order quantity;
- Product specifications;
- Raw material availability;
- Custom production requirements;
- Packaging requirements;
- Factory capacity;
- Quality control procedures;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation availability;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed production schedules but delays may occur.
Any binding delivery deadline must be expressly stated in the applicable commercial agreement.
9. Samples
Product samples may be provided upon agreement.
Sample costs, courier charges, handling fees, or other related expenses may apply.
Because natural stone varies naturally, an approved sample represents an acceptable general reference for characteristics such as color, finish, texture, and workmanship but does not guarantee that every piece in a commercial order will be visually identical.
Where required, detailed acceptance standards should be agreed in writing before production.
10. Custom Orders
Custom products may include special:
- Dimensions;
- Patterns;
- Materials;
- Finishes;
- Colors;
- Packaging;
- Labels;
- Branding;
- Designs.
The buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving specifications before production begins.
Once production of a customized order has commenced, cancellation or modification may be limited and may result in additional charges.
Specific conditions for custom orders will be determined by the relevant quotation, Proforma Invoice, or Sales Contract.
11. Packaging
We will use commercially reasonable packaging appropriate to the product and agreed shipping method.
Specific packaging requirements must be communicated and agreed before production or packing.
Additional costs may apply for special packaging, labeling, palletization, fumigation, private labeling, customized cartons, or other buyer-specific requirements.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms will be determined according to the quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, or other written agreement.
Depending on the transaction, shipping arrangements may involve internationally recognized Incoterms.
The applicable Incoterm and version should be identified in the relevant commercial documentation whenever appropriate.
Shipping schedules and estimated transit times provided by INATILE are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Actual transportation times may be affected by:
- Vessel schedules;
- Shipping line operations;
- Port congestion;
- Customs clearance;
- Weather;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Government inspections;
- Documentation issues;
- Force majeure events;
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk, responsibility, insurance, freight costs, customs duties, taxes, and delivery obligations will be determined according to the agreed commercial terms and applicable Incoterm.
13. Import Requirements
The buyer is generally responsible for determining the import requirements applicable in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These requirements may include:
- Import licenses;
- Customs registration;
- Taxes;
- Duties;
- Product standards;
- Testing requirements;
- Certifications;
- Labeling requirements;
- Quarantine requirements;
- Local documentation.
We may assist with export documentation where applicable, but buyers should independently verify the requirements imposed by authorities in their destination market.
14. Inspection and Claims
Buyers should inspect goods within a reasonable period after receipt.
Any claim regarding quantity, visible damage, workmanship, incorrect products, or other apparent non-conformity should be reported promptly with reasonable supporting evidence.
Supporting information may include:
- Commercial invoice;
- Packing list;
- Container information;
- Product photographs;
- Packaging photographs;
- Videos;
- Quantity records;
- Inspection reports.
Specific claim periods or inspection procedures stated in the applicable Sales Contract, Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, or other commercial agreement will take priority.
Customers should not install, process, resell, or materially alter allegedly defective goods before providing a reasonable opportunity for evaluation where practical.
15. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because many INATILE products are manufactured, prepared, packed, or supplied according to buyer specifications, returns are not automatically available.
Any replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy will depend on:
- The nature of the issue;
- Supporting evidence;
- Product condition;
- Agreed specifications;
- Inspection results;
- Commercial agreement;
- Applicable law.
Products should not be returned without prior written authorization.
Natural variations in stone that fall within agreed specifications or reasonable natural-material characteristics generally do not constitute grounds for return.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Order Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the stage of the order.
If raw materials have been purchased, production has started, goods have been completed, packaging has been prepared, or shipment has been arranged, the buyer may be responsible for costs already incurred.
Any deposit or advance payment treatment will be determined according to the applicable quotation, invoice, Sales Contract, or written agreement.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content available on INATILE.com, including:
- Text;
- Product descriptions;
- Photographs;

You may view, download, or print website materials for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior authorization where such authorization is legally required.
18. Buyer-Provided Designs and Materials
If a buyer provides trademarks, logos, artwork, drawings, designs, specifications, packaging designs, or other materials for a custom order, the buyer represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use those materials.
The buyer is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the buyer where those claims result from infringement or unauthorized use attributable to the buyer.

INATILE.com may contain links to third-party websites, applications, maps, social platforms, shipping services, or other external resources.
These third-party services operate independently from INATILE.

22. Limitation of Liability

For product purchases and commercial transactions, liability will be determined according to the applicable Sales Contract, quotation, Proforma Invoice, agreed specifications, applicable law, and other binding commercial terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising directly from their unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized materials supplied by them.
This provision does not create liability beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
24. Force Majeure

Such events may include:
- Natural disasters;
- Floods;
- Earthquakes;
- Fire;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- War;
- Civil unrest;
- Government restrictions;

- Other comparable events beyond reasonable control.
The affected party should make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such events.

The updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised “Last Updated” date.

International sales transactions may also be subject to additional contractual terms, applicable international trade rules, mandatory laws, and the agreed dispute-resolution provisions contained in the relevant Sales Contract.
